Gateway EC14D01h ultraportable available in Canada

The world class personal computer maker Gateway has announced its newest ultraportable available on the Canadian market. The Gateway EC14D01h is an Energy Star qualified ultraportable with an 11.6-inch screen LED backlit and a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. The laptop comes with Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) pre-installed.

The Gateway EC14D01h is ultraportable thanks to its 1.3GHz Intel Pentium SU4100 ULV processor, 4GB (max 8GB) of RAM, a 320GB hard drive (5400 rpm), and integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD which altogether have a small energy signature and allows its 6-cell battery to last for longer periods of time.

Other specifications include an 8X DVD burner, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n connectivity, web camera, card reader, 3 x USB ports, and HDMI. Its dimensions are 287 × 208 x 28-30mm and its weight is 1.6kg. The expected price for Gateway EC14D01h is around 580 Canadian dollars.
