By now, it’s quite clear for everyone that Apple’s MacBook Air has established somewhat of a trend in the ultraportable notebooks’ segment, and it seems that Apple is willing to further bank on its success by adapting the design in order to fit the more advanced components of the MacBook Pro. In other words, there are multiple rumors floating around the Internet, coming from various sources, seemingly indicating that the redesigned MacBook Pro (early 2012 edition, most likely) will look a lot like the Air, starting, of course,... 

Another Asian insider claims the future Macbook Pro will retain some of the current Macbook Air looks. Sounds too good to be true! When Apple introduced the newly designed Macbook Air back in October 2010 the thin laptop was called the future of all laptops. Rumor has it Apple has finished designing the 15″ version of the Macbook Air or maybe is it the Macbook Pro. Whatever Apple might call it 2012 seems to be the year of the new redesigned portable Mac. Today Apple quietly updated the Macbook Pro range with better processors, graphics and bigger hard drives. More specs available after the jump. The Pro line of Macbook just received an update and we nearly missed it. Apple didn’t advertise it on its homepage and it didn’t added the “new” mark in the online store. Those who were thinking of buying the 13″ Macbook Pro will be happy to find out that for $1199 customers will be able to get a slightly faster Intel Core i5 processor, clocked at 2.4 GHz and a bigger 500GB... 

The Macbook Pro has been updated in March and it’s time it got some new specs. There have been reported rumors regarding an imminent refresh with the latest Intel Sandy Bridge processors and some other minor spec bumps.
