Acer has released yet another netbook that should satisfy every basic need of portable computing. And the best part of it? It’s already available. Normally we don’t get excited over a netbook. The only occasion we do so is when such a device has amazing features such as folding capability (Fujitsu tends to like this particular feature). New netbooks pictures from Acer have leaked today – one of them is the smallest Ferrari on the market, the other one is an update of the pretty good Aspire D255. As we know the smallest Ferrari out there is the FF. It may not look like any Ferrari you have seen but under the bonnet beats a V12 heart that will take you from 0 to 60 in about 3.7 seconds. Normally netbooks don’t get a lot of attention just because they are a marketing invention but this Aspire One D527 from Acer does the contrary as it doesn’t reveal itself properly. Acer officially announced the launch of the Aspire One Happy dual-boot netbook, which will be available in blue, green, pink, and purple. We’ve been hearing rumors since the beginning of September about the colorful Aspire One Happy. Now the little guy was launched and stands out through its pastel colors. During a press conference in Taiwan, Acer folks announced they are going to equip future Acer netbooks with dual-core Intel Atom N550 processors and two operating systems, dual-boot being standard for the upcoming Acer netbooks. Rumors say that Acer is working on a minor update for the Acer Aspire One D255 netbook. Acer wants to pack a media Quantics QV1271 co-processor into the Aspire One D255.
