Samsung Corby N150 yellow and pink netbook in Italy

Samsung N150 netbook is a success for Samsung and received a good feedback from consumers. The ingredients that that helped it achieve this was good mix of components and design inherited from the popular Samsung NC10 netbook.

To come and meet public preferences Samsung released a new color line based on the same netbook called Samsung Corby N150 and recently introduced in Italy in yellow and pink colors. Samsung Corby N150 series is targeted towards young people and designed to complement the Corby family.

In terms of specifications Samsung Corby N150 isn’t any different than the original Samsung N150. It has the same 10.1-inch anti-glare LED backlit display with resolution of 1024×600 pixels and a weighs 1.24kg. The netbook is powered by an Intel Atom N450 processor and a low TDP chipset, the NM10 Express and Intel GMA 3150 graphics, 1GB DDR2 RAM, a 250GB SATA hard drive.

This combination offers up to 8.5 hours of battery life with the supplied 6-cell lithium ion battery. Apart of these, the netbook comes with two speakers, Digital LiveCam, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 + Enhanced Data Rate, a 3-in-1 card reader (SD/SDHC/MMC), three USB 2.0 ports.

Samsung Corby N150 netbook dimensions are 264 × 188 x 25.3~34.7 mm and comes pre-loaded with Windows 7 Starter Edition. Samsung Corby N150 starts to sell it in Italy for 329 Euro (VAT included). For more complete overview of the specifications, check below.

  1. However, several mini-notebooks cost less than this $349 model—including the $329 N150—and the touchpad could be better. So should you spring for the Plus or pass?
