Panasonic has released two new rugged toughbook models, namely the 13.1-inch Toughbook 31 and 10.4-inch Toughbook 19. The two tablet PC are practically packing the same specs. This includes a 160GB hard drive, about 6GB of DDR3 SDRAM and an Intel QM57 Express chipset. The displays offer a 1024 x 768 resolution and with a pre-istalled Windows 7 Professional.
