Here comes and invention that will revolutionize the world of e-paper as we know it. A team of researchers at the University of Cincinnati have found a way to use electrowetting by modifying the water repellency forces of a surface in order to move colored ink, creating a reflective display. This technology could turn normal paper into electronic paper, without the use of glass or circuitry, creating displays that are almost as cheap as today’s printed magazines.
